Football catcher on steel poles. Posts made of 80x80x3mm steel profile mounted in a concrete foundation to a depth of 1m. Posts and uprights hot-dip galvanized and then powder coated in standard RAL 6005 (green) color. Football catches mounted on outdoor facilities to prevent balls from falling outside the perimeter of the field. Height of the football catches 4, 5, 6 or 8 meters. The length of the soccer catches is arbitrary, depending on customer demand and the characteristics of the object. The poles of the football fencing are stabilized by means of 60x40mm steel shoots, hinged between the outermost poles. This solution prevents the posts from bending inward when stretching the steel rope supporting the protective net. The spacing of the posts, their number, as well as the number of hinged posts, depends on the height and length of the designed soccer ball screen, and the type and thickness of the weave of the protective net used. The knotless protective net is made of polypropylene. Available mesh sizes 4,5×4,5, 8×8, 10×10 cm. Available thickness of strands 3, 4, 5 mm. Standard color of nets – green. The nets are suspended from snap hooks clipped to stainless steel ropes stretched at the top, middle and bottom of the posts. The middle rope in PVC lagging. In addition, nets mounted to the outermost posts to vertically stretched ropes.
The system has a certificate issued by the Institute of Technical Supervision declaring compliance with the PE-EN 913:2019-3 standard. The product is authorized to bear the “B” Safety Mark.
