According to Article 27, Section 1 of the Consumer Rights Act (Journal of Laws 2014, item 827), a consumer or an entrepreneur with consumer rights who enters into a “distance contract” has the right to withdraw from the contract without providing a reason—within 14 calendar days from the date of taking possession of the product.
How to Return a Purchased Product?

How to Inform the Seller About a Return?
You can submit your declaration in any form, but the best way is in writing. Below are two example ways to notify the Seller about the return:
- By email – Send your withdrawal declaration to the Seller’s email address: handel@wyposazeniesportowe.com.pl. The Seller will confirm receipt of your declaration. From that moment, you have 14 calendar days to return the product related to the withdrawal.
- By post – Send the withdrawal declaration along with the product and proof of purchase to the Seller’s address:
ANTON Sebastian Chmielewski Spółka Komandytowa, ul. Ciepłownicza 9, 58-200 Dzierżoniów, Poland.
Additional Information:
- Your right to withdraw from the contract is detailed in §11 of the Store Regulations.
- Secure the returned products properly to prevent damage during transport.

According to Article 38, Section 1 of the Consumer Rights Act (Journal of Laws 2014, item 827), the right to withdraw from a distance contract does not apply to:
Emergency repairs or maintenance requested explicitly by the consumer, except for additional services or goods that were not originally required for the repair.
Products that are custom-made or tailored to the consumer’s individual needs.
Services that have been fully performed with the consumer’s prior explicit consent, provided the consumer was informed before the service began that they would lose their right to withdraw.
Products that, due to their nature, are inseparably connected with other items after delivery.
